LXT Introduces API-Based Crowd-as-a-Service for AI Teams
LXT has introduced Crowd-as-a-Service, providing enterprise and AI teams with direct API access to a global network of more than 10 million contributors, announced in a press release. The service allows customers to integrate their systems with LXT's contributor infrastructure, maintaining control over task design, quality standards, and workflow execution.
Through this offering, organizations can manage data collection, annotation, transcription, and human evaluation tasks within their own environments while relying on LXT to handle contributor management and scaling. The system supports multilingual and diverse data coverage across hundreds of languages and regions.
The Crowd-as-a-Service model is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. It builds upon LXT's acquisition of clickworker, which provides the foundation for the global contributor network. In addition to AI training data tasks, teams can use the same infrastructure for search relevance assessment, RLHF projects, app and web testing, and user experience research.
