Facilio Expands CMMS with AI Features for Facilities Management
Facilio announced in a press release the expansion of its Connected CMMS platform with new AI capabilities designed to simplify and automate facilities management workflows. The update builds on the Facilio Atom suite introduced earlier this year, which features AI agents that handle service requests, vendor coordination, invoice validation, compliance tracking, and reporting.
The new release integrates AI directly into the CMMS experience, allowing users to navigate the system using natural language prompts instead of menus. It also introduces automated work order validation, bulk document processing, and multi-channel field capture that automatically files updates from sources such as WhatsApp, email, or photos.
Through a live MCP server, CMMS data and actions can now be accessed from AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. This makes the system available across multiple platforms where teams already work. Q3 Services has extended its Facilio deployment with WhatsApp-based job management and AI voice agents, enabling engineers and customers to log and close work requests without accessing the platform directly.
The company stated that these additions are intended to make facilities operations more accessible, faster, and less dependent on traditional software workflows.
