IntelePeer Launches Aqurio for AI Automation in Healthcare and Regulated Sectors

IntelePeer has launched Aqurio, a new Agentic AI company designed to deploy and manage intelligent agents across healthcare and other regulated industries. Aqurio combines governance, compliance, and automation capabilities with IntelePeer’s existing AI technology and infrastructure.

IntelePeer announced in a press release the launch of Aqurio, a new Agentic AI company built to deploy, orchestrate, and govern autonomous agents for healthcare and other regulated industries. Aqurio is designed for environments that demand strict compliance, accuracy, and operational reliability.

The company brings together IntelePeer’s AI systems, industry data, and enterprise infrastructure to deliver enterprise-grade governance across intelligent workflows. Aqurio agents can operate autonomously across departments and digital channels, handling processes such as patient scheduling, claims management, prior authorization, and billing support.

The Aqurio platform integrates IntelePeer’s SmartAnalytics, SmartAgent, and SmartEngage systems into a unified environment where each interaction improves future performance. It meets multiple compliance standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management, aligning with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

With compatibility across more than 70 electronic health record and practice management systems, Aqurio enables organizations to incorporate intelligent agents into existing operations. IntelePeer continues to provide its CPaaS and voice services while Aqurio focuses on scaling AI automation in complex, compliance-focused industries.
