Warp Secures $10M to Expand AI-Powered Freight Network

Warp has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Up.Partners and Blue Bear Capital to enhance its AI-driven logistics operations, including the launch of a fully robotic cross-dock facility.

Warp has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Up.Partners and Blue Bear Capital, announced in a press release. This funding will support the expansion of Warp's AI systems and the launch of its first fully robotic cross-dock facility.

The new facility aims to automate the entire freight lifecycle, from inbound receiving to outbound dispatch, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Warp's AI systems are already being deployed across various logistics functions, including routing, pricing, and scheduling, showing significant performance improvements.

Connected to a national network of 50 cross-docks and over 10,000 carrier vehicles, the robotic site will facilitate faster and more precise goods movement. Warp's approach eliminates traditional mode-based shipping constraints, focusing instead on shippers' price and speed preferences.

Unlike many startups, Warp plans to hire only 10 more full-time employees, focusing on scaling through automation and intelligent agents rather than increasing headcount. This strategy aims to multiply output and productivity across its operations.
