Proaction Raises $4.2 Million to Expand AI Fleet Management Platform

July 16, 2026
Proaction has raised $4.2 million to develop its AI-based fleet management platform, offering an alternative to legacy systems through improved visibility and lower costs.

Proaction has secured $4.2 million in funding to build a modern alternative to legacy fleet management systems, announced in a press release. The Des Moines-based company provides technology and services that help commercial fleets manage operations such as maintenance, rentals, registrations, and claims.

New investors in the round include GTMfund, Breakers, Aviso Ventures, and Iowa InnoVenture, with continued support from Holman Growth Ventures and the Iowa Economic Development Authority.

Proaction aims to help fleets replace fragmented and expensive management approaches by using AI agents instead of call centers. This allows operators to perform operational tasks directly through the company’s platform. The funding will support product development, expansion of AI-enabled operations, and team growth in engineering, operations, sales, and customer success.

The company currently serves publicly traded and Fortune 500 clients that rely on vehicle and equipment fleets for business operations.
