Whale Secures $40 Million Series C3 Extension to Expand Enterprise AI Platform
Whale has raised 40 million dollars in a Series C3 extension, bringing its total Series C funding to 100 million dollars as it scales its enterprise AI platform globally, announced in a press release. The new funding round was co-led by CMB International and SMBC Asia Rising Fund, with participation from Krungsri Finnovate, Singtel Innov8, Hyundai Motor Group, and Charisma Partners.
Whale develops an AI Operating System for enterprise operations that connects digital and physical workflows through its proprietary Business World Model. The platform manages over 600,000 edge AI nodes across more than 1,600 enterprises in 45 countries. Its product suite includes SpaceSight for real time sensor analysis, Echo for sales and service conversation insights, Lume for content distribution, Alivia for workflow automation, Harbor for knowledge management, and Novus for infrastructure and governance.
The company plans to expand its operations in North America and the Asia Pacific region, with future growth in the Middle East and Europe. Investor statements cited Whale’s ability to execute large scale AI deployments as a key factor in the funding decision. Hyundai Motor Group highlighted the platform’s impact on business operations beyond software enablement.
Whale is headquartered in Singapore with a growing presence in North America and focuses on transforming enterprise operations in sectors such as retail, automotive, manufacturing, and financial services.
