d-Matrix Acquires Wallaroo.ai for AI Inference Deployment Software

d-Matrix has acquired Wallaroo.ai, adding AI inference deployment and orchestration software to its data center inference stack.

d-Matrix has acquired Wallaroo.ai, adding AI inference deployment and orchestration software to its data center inference stack, the company announced in a press release. The deal brings Wallaroo.ai's technology platform, intellectual property, and engineering talent into d-Matrix.

D-Matrix said the acquisition will support deployment and scaling of low latency inference workloads across single server nodes and multi rack data center environments. Wallaroo.ai staff from engineering, product, and go to market teams are joining the company.

The purchase follows d-Matrix's April acquisition of GigaIO's data center business. d-Matrix said its Corsair inference platform is in production and shipping to priority customers.
