Weave Raises $13.5 Million for Engineering Intelligence Platform

Weave has raised $13.5 million in Series A funding led by Standard Capital. Y Combinator, Moonfire, Burst Capital, IrregEx, and the Agent Fund also participated in the round.

The San Francisco company builds an engineering intelligence platform that measures work by human engineers and AI coding tools. The company stated that its models attribute pull requests, reviews, and deployments to human or AI contribution.

Weave said its platform is already measuring more than 2 million human and AI code contributions across 20,000 engineers at 500 companies, including Robinhood, Reducto, and PostHog.

The product includes tools for measuring code output, AI return on investment, engineer use of AI agents, and model routing based on production data. Weave said the funding will support expansion of the platform.
