Uniti AI has announced a $4 million seed funding round led by Prudence, with participation from Alate Partners, Flex Capital, Observer Capital, and RE Angels, announced in a press release. The funding will support the expansion of Uniti AI's AI-driven sales agents, which aim to automate lead engagement and improve conversion rates for global commercial real estate operators.

The company's platform allows real estate operators across various sectors, including office, coworking, self-storage, multifamily, and brokerage, to deploy customizable AI agents tailored to their specific workflows. These agents engage with leads through multiple channels such as email, SMS, website chat, and voice, significantly enhancing the efficiency of sales and leasing processes.

With clients in over 10 countries, Uniti AI's agents have been instrumental in doubling lead-to-customer conversion rates by providing instant and persistent engagement. The new funding will also enable Uniti AI to launch AI-powered voice agents, deepen integrations with property management systems, and introduce new automation features for collections and tenant support.
