Thought Industries Introduces AI Wave for Customer Learning Platform
Thought Industries has launched AI Wave, a new series of capabilities for its Customer Learning and Intelligence platform, announced in a press release. The launch includes Omnichannel Learning and Conversational AI Learning, which are designed to make educational content accessible across various channels and provide customers with faster, context-aware answers.
Omnichannel Learning allows businesses to distribute verified educational content into platforms where customers already search for information, such as LinkedIn and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude. Using structured data through schema.org markup and JSON-LD, the feature ensures that AI systems can accurately surface relevant content while maintaining control over what is shared.
Conversational AI Learning enables users to ask questions in natural language and receive instant answers sourced from approved materials, including videos, PDFs, and articles. The system also interprets customer intent to recommend next steps and allows actions like course enrollment directly within the chat interface.
Companies including MongoDB, Inc., Skillpath, SOCi, Vetfolio, and IMA are already using the new capabilities, which aim to turn each customer interaction into actionable insight for improving adoption and retention.
