Thought Industries launches Lens to check product knowledge conflicts

Lens connects to product documentation, help centers and other sources, then identifies conflicting or outdated guidance before it reaches customers.

Thought Industries launches Lens, an AI product that checks business product knowledge for conflicting or outdated information before customers receive it, according to SiliconANGLE. Lens is available now in beta.

Lens connects to existing sources such as help centers and product documentation without moving their content. AI agents identify contradictions, apply trust rules written in plain language and update affected guidance when products change.

Businesses can provide Lens answers inside products, support channels, websites and external AI assistants. Its agents can also complete workflows, and logged questions show which parts of a product keep tripping customers up. Lens joins Thought Industries Academy as part of the company's Customer Knowledge AI Platform.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
