Telefónica Tech and Dexory have announced a collaboration to launch an AI-powered warehouse automation service, combining IoT connectivity with autonomous robots for enhanced inventory management.

Telefónica Tech and Dexory have announced a new collaboration to introduce an AI-powered warehouse automation service. This initiative was unveiled at the Advanced Factories congress in Barcelona, aiming to digitally transform the logistics sector by integrating Telefónica Tech's IoT connectivity with Dexory's AI-driven digital twin platform, DexoryView.

DexoryView employs fully autonomous robots equipped with advanced optical cameras and LiDAR sensors to collect extensive data from warehouses. These robots can scan up to 10,000 locations per hour, providing real-time data on inventory status, volume, dimensions, and location. The data is then analyzed and visualized on the DexoryView platform, offering insights into inventory accuracy and suggestions for optimizing warehouse space.

The partnership allows Telefónica Tech to enhance its digital services portfolio for the industrial sector, providing logistics, distribution, and manufacturing companies with real-time visibility and accurate data to simplify warehouse inventory processes. Dexory aims to scale its solutions quickly in the Spanish market, leveraging the power of real-time data to unlock new opportunities for warehouse operators and managers.
