IFS Softeon Launches Fulfillment Flow for Warehouse Operations

Oct 13, 2026
Fulfillment Flow uses AI agents and current warehouse data to identify operational issues, explain their causes and recommend actions to managers.

IFS introduced Fulfillment Flow from IFS Softeon, a warehouse AI capability that uses current operational context to guide fulfillment decisions, the company said in a press release. Users can ask questions in natural language, examine factors behind operational issues and receive recommended actions based on current conditions.

Fulfillment Flow includes digital workers for inbound operations, wave management, labor, automation, slotting, replenishment and outbound operations. These AI agents share information with a central operational agent that considers conditions across the facility, including orders, inventory, staff, equipment, automation, service levels and nearby processes.

The central agent suggests responses to warehouse managers, who set priorities and make final decisions. Fulfillment Flow follows those decisions and continues to learn across shifts.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
