SuperX and Mercuria Asia Partner on Global AI Infrastructure Development

SuperX AI Technology Limited and Mercuria Asia have formed a strategic partnership involving a convertible note and warrant investment to collaborate on global AI data center and energy integration projects.

Singapore based SuperX AI Technology Limited and Mercuria Asia have entered into a strategic partnership to develop global AI infrastructure, announced in a press release. The collaboration includes a strategic investment by Mercuria Asia in SuperX through a convertible note and warrant subscription agreement.

The partnership will combine SuperX’s capabilities in AI data center development with Mercuria’s global energy network and expertise in power optimization and capital deployment. Both companies plan to cooperate in expanding AI data centers and optimizing power resource allocation to build reliable and sustainable global computing infrastructure.

SuperX said the partnership will support overseas projects in Indonesia, Japan, and Thailand, focusing on energy-efficient AI computing solutions. Mercuria stated that investing in AI infrastructure aligns with its strategy to enhance energy efficiency and integrate digital systems into the global energy ecosystem.

The agreement sets the groundwork for long-term cooperation between the companies in energy security, global computing infrastructure, and AI data center expansion.
