Scrypted Acquires Chibi Clash to Enhance AI-Powered Gaming
Scrypted Inc. has acquired Chibi Clash, a gaming ecosystem known for its popular titles Kingdoms and Survivor, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to leverage Chibi Clash's game engine and web3 technology to advance Scrypted's Autonomous Virtual Beings (AVB) framework for AI agents.
Chibi Clash's games, which feature dynamic world-building and player-owned digital assets, will serve as a platform for Scrypted's AI technology. The integration will enhance the gaming experience by introducing AI-generated world elements and autonomous virtual beings that create unique player interactions.
Scrypted plans to maintain the core elements of Chibi Clash that its community values, ensuring that all existing player assets and digital collectibles remain secure and functional. The acquisition builds on a collaborative relationship between Scrypted and Kuma Games, which began in 2023 with the integration of Scrypted's ArtemisML technology into Chibi Kingdoms.
