Rubi Launches AI Mentor for Junior Lawyers

Sep 23, 2026
Rubi Legal Training has launched an AI mentor that provides legal skills practice, guidance, interview simulations, and feedback for law students and junior transactional lawyers.

Rubi Legal Training announced in a press release the launch of rubi AI Mentor, a tool integrated into its virtual apprenticeship platform for transactional lawyers. It provides mentorship, structured training, interview preparation, personalized practice, and immediate feedback.

The tool includes three modes. Mentor mode provides guidance modeled on a BigLaw senior associate, tutor mode creates practice scenarios based on a user's progress, and interview mode simulates BigLaw partner interviews and offers coaching. The scenarios do not require client or matter information, and Rubi says conversations are not used to train third party AI models.

Beginning in fall 2026, every first year student at the University of Texas School of Law and selected students at the University of Minnesota Law School will use the tool. Texas Law made the broader Rubi platform available across the school in spring 2026, while Minnesota Law offers it to Corporate Institute students selected through an application process.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
