OpenText and Cohere Partner on Agentic AI for Regulated Industries

OpenText and Cohere are combining enterprise data tools with Cohere's North agentic AI platform for governments and regulated industries. The offering is expected to reach clients in early 2027.

OpenText and Cohere announced in a press release a partnership to combine OpenText's enterprise data technology with Cohere's North agentic AI platform and AI models. The offering targets governments and regulated industries, with availability expected in early 2027.

Organizations will be able to deploy the combined technology on premises or through private, public, and sovereign clouds. The deployment options are designed to give customers control over data location, security, and infrastructure.

The companies will integrate Cohere's platform and models into OpenText Aviator AI agents. The agreement also covers joint product work, sales activities, and a reseller relationship through SOLEX.
