Mycom Unveils 5G Capacity and Revenue Discovery Solution on GenAie Platform
Mycom has introduced a new 5G capacity and revenue discovery solution on its Generative AI platform GenAie, announced in a press release. This solution is designed to identify potential revenue from under-utilized network areas and provide recommendations for network optimization and traffic management.
The GenAie platform, available as a cloud-based SaaS offering powered by Amazon Bedrock from AWS, offers a comprehensive view of network operations. It enables business users to correlate financial data, capacity planning, and network performance through natural language prompts. This enhancement aims to assist communications service providers (CSPs) in maximizing ROI and enhancing customer experience by proactively identifying trends and optimizing infrastructure investments.
Mycom's GenAie platform also supports an on-premises solution, integrating seamlessly with multiple large language models (LLMs). The new capacity and revenue discovery feature serves as a natural language assistant for executives, providing real-time intelligence on the monetization of 5G assets.
