Manulife Launches Enterprise AI Platform
Manulife announces in a press release the launch of an enterprise AI platform for building, deploying and managing AI tools across its global operations. The platform gives teams a common foundation for development, security, risk controls and governance.
Teams can reuse approved use cases across markets, reducing repeated development and review work. Tools being integrated include a sales assistant in Singapore, a document processing service that extracts information, and Quick Quote, which supports preliminary life insurance assessments in the United States.
Manulife expects its AI initiatives to generate $1 billion in cumulative value by 2027, including expense reductions, additional revenue, lower fraud losses and the absorption of business growth. The company said these initiatives had generated $300 million as of the end of 2025.
