Mistral Expands Studio With Managed Agents and Apps

Nov 5, 2026
Mistral AI has expanded Studio with managed agents and apps, new workflow tools, enterprise context, observability and evaluations. The platform supports deployment in the cloud, private VPCs and on premises environments.

Mistral AI detailed in a company blog post an expansion of Studio that adds managed agents and apps, new workflow tools, enterprise context, observability and evaluations. The release builds on Mistral Large 4, also called Le Chonk, which Mistral positions for coding, defensive cybersecurity and document reasoning.

Studio lets developers connect models to company data and systems through connectors and MCP servers. Managed agents can use skills, code sandboxes, subagents and approval hooks, while workflows support event triggers, resumable runs and visual graphs. Apps receive hosting, authentication and access controls through the platform.

Companies can deploy Studio and its models through Mistral, in a private VPC, on premises or across combined environments. OpenTelemetry traces record model calls, tool use and approvals. ABANCA, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Capgemini, CMA CGM and Tata Consultancy Services are among the organizations using Studio.
