Investing.com Acquires Stonki to Expand Agentic AI Capabilities
Investing.com has acquired Stonki, an AI powered investing assistant designed to help traders turn ideas into structured trading plans, announced in a press release.
The acquisition expands Investing.com's AI capabilities and supports the development of a research assistant that can analyze markets, generate insights, and guide investors in real time. The company stated that the integration of Stonki's technology will advance its move toward agentic AI systems that proactively assist users through the investment process.
Stonki's system monitors market conditions and user defined strategies, alerting investors when opportunities align. The technology will enhance both technical and fundamental workflows across Investing.com's InvestingPro suite, which serves more than 300,000 paying subscribers. CEO Omer Shvili said the acquisition marks a major step in the platform's transition into agentic AI, emphasizing faster and more actionable market insight delivery.
