Medisolv Acquires Health Elements AI to Expand Clinical Data Capabilities
Medisolv has acquired Health Elements AI, a company that develops technology to capture and structure clinical data from medical records, announced in a press release. The acquisition is intended to reduce the need for manual chart review, improve access to clinical data, and extend Medisolv’s reach into clinical registries and proactive quality programs.
The integration of Health Elements AI will enhance Medisolv’s support for over 1,800 healthcare organizations and 4,000 chart abstracters who collectively reviewed nearly 3 million cases last year. The technology will help these teams process data more efficiently while maintaining accuracy across reporting and performance improvement workflows.
Medisolv stated that the addition of Health Elements AI strengthens its ability to deliver complete and reliable data for reporting, analytics, and regulatory submissions. The move also expands the company’s work beyond traditional CMS and accreditation programs to include registries from organizations such as the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.
This acquisition follows Medisolv’s earlier purchase of Lilac Software as part of its strategy to modernize how healthcare organizations capture and exchange clinical data across quality workflows.
