Justt Named to 2026 Forbes Fintech 50 for AI Chargeback Automation
Justt has been included in the 2026 Forbes Fintech 50 list, becoming the first chargeback and dispute management company to receive the recognition, announced in a press release.
The company’s AI platform automates dispute workflows for merchants by assembling and submitting tailored responses for each chargeback case. It uses transaction data, customer information, third party inputs, and historical dispute records to improve outcomes and increase recovered revenue.
Justt’s system evaluates each dispute based on expected win likelihood, potential fees, and dispute value. It then automatically decides whether to contest or accept the case, helping merchants avoid unprofitable disputes. The platform is used by more than 250 global enterprise merchants and 80,000 small and medium sized businesses.
The Forbes Fintech 50 highlights private companies shaping financial services through technology and innovation. Justt’s inclusion reflects the growing importance of automated dispute management in the digital payments sector.
