Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred & Stouffer Realty has introduced AI BOSS, an AI-enhanced version of its leadership training program BOSS, integrating artificial intelligence tools into leadership development for managers and team leaders.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred & Stouffer Realty has launched AI BOSS, an artificial intelligence–enhanced version of its Business Operating Success System (BOSS) leadership training program, announced in a press release. The initiative is led by Kevin M. Leonard, an expert in AI application and organizational change, along with CTO Ryan Rexroad, who has developed multiple AI tools for the company.

AI BOSS builds on the original BOSS program introduced in August 2025, adding AI tools and workflows to the leadership curriculum. The program aims to equip managers and team leaders with practical AI capabilities that can be applied directly to their work.

The launch marks the culmination of a multi-year AI education effort within the organization. Leonard’s focus is on integrating AI into leadership as a core competency, emphasizing change management and organizational readiness. Rexroad contributes the technical architecture supporting these goals, having previously developed AI-powered software including a natural language home search tool for the company’s 2,500 agents.

By formalizing AI-integrated leadership training, the company positions itself among the first major residential brokerages to connect AI directly with leadership development and operational execution.
