Intelligent Contacts Launches Grace AI Collection Agent for General Use
Intelligent Contacts has moved its AI collection agent, Grace, into general release after nearly a year of live beta testing, announced in a press release. A top ten U.S. healthcare facility now processes 24 percent of all patient payments through Grace without human collector involvement, two months after going live.
Grace is designed to manage every stage of the collections process, including negotiating payment plans, handling disputes, and finalizing settlements. The system operates across voice, SMS, email, and chat while maintaining a complete record of each interaction. It is compliant with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and HIPAA regulations.
The company reports that early adopters have seen a 63 percent increase in payments, a 47 percent increase in accounts worked, and collection cycles that are 60 percent faster. Grace can be deployed the same day, with enterprise implementations typically completed within one to two weeks.
Grace was trained on ten years of real collection conversations rather than synthetic data, allowing it to handle complex business rules and multiple accounts simultaneously. Intelligent Contacts, which has operated for over a decade without outside funding, said the AI agent is now available for organizations in healthcare, financial services, and collections.
