Since launching in 2025, it has completed over 100,000 home health visits through partnerships with more than 500 healthcare organizations.
The funding will be used to scale Adaptive's AI platform and expand its network of clinicians into additional states. The company is based in New York and Dallas and employs a team combining experience from AI and healthcare sectors.
