Arintra raised $25 million in Series B funding led by Define Ventures, bringing its total funding to $51 million. The company plans to expand its AI platform for healthcare revenue assurance across more health systems and revenue cycle functions.

Arintra raised $25 million in Series B funding led by Define Ventures, bringing its total funding to $51 million, the company announced in a press release. Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Yale New Haven Health Center for Health Care Innovation, Endeavor Health Ventures, Y Combinator, Counterpart Ventures, Ten13, and Spider Capital also participated.

The San Francisco company sells an enterprise AI platform for healthcare revenue assurance. Its platform uses agentic AI for medical coding, clinical documentation intelligence, denial appeals, payer insights, and DRG validation across ambulatory, emergency, diagnostic, and inpatient care settings.

Arintra said its platform processes more than $5 billion in annual claim value for healthcare enterprises representing over $50 billion in combined net patient revenue. The company lists UC Davis Health, Mercyhealth, Meritus Health, Rochester Regional Health, Reid Health, and Mercy Medical Center among its customers.

The company said it will use the funding to expand across more enterprise health systems, add clinical and specialty coverage, and extend the platform to additional revenue cycle functions.
