Guardio Raises $40 Million at $1.1 Billion Valuation

Consumer cybersecurity company Guardio has raised $40 million at a $1.1 billion valuation, bringing its total funding to $167 million.

Guardio said in a press release that it raised $40 million at a $1.1 billion valuation. The round included Wiz cofounder and CEO Assaf Rappaport, alongside existing investors ION Crossover Partners, Union Tech Ventures, Vintage Investment Partners, Cerca Partners, and Emerge Ventures.

The investment brings Guardio's total funding to $167 million. The Tel Aviv company reported one million paying customers, $150 million in annual recurring revenue, and more than 100% annual revenue growth for four consecutive years.

Guardio monitors messages, email, calls, and web activity to detect phishing, scams, and threats created with AI across devices and communication channels. The company plans to use the funding to improve its consumer protection products.
