Gryphon AI Launches Governance Platform on Google Cloud Marketplace

Gryphon AI has made its Gryphon ONE platform available on Google Cloud Marketplace, announced in a press release. The integration allows enterprises to implement automated compliance controls within Google Cloud environments, applying consistent governance to both human and AI agents in customer engagement workflows.

Gryphon ONE provides a compliance layer for Google Cloud contact center workloads, evaluating interactions against federal, state, and internal business rules before they occur. The platform enforces regulations such as TCPA, TSR, and DNC, along with company-specific policies like contact frequency limits and time-of-day restrictions.

By joining Google Cloud Marketplace, Gryphon AI enables customers to use existing Google Cloud billing and procurement systems to deploy its pre-integrated solutions. The company states that this approach reduces onboarding friction while maintaining audit-ready records for all interactions.

Gryphon AI reports more than 25 years of experience in contact governance and claims its clients have incurred no regulatory fines during that time. The company said the availability of Gryphon ONE on Google Cloud will help enterprises scale outreach operations while maintaining compliance across voice, SMS, email, and AI agent channels.
