Harbour BioMed and BioMap Launch MegaStream TechBio for AI Based Biologics Research
Harbour BioMed and BioMap announced in a press release the launch of MegaStream TechBio, a new company focused on AI based discovery and development of complex biologics. The initiative combines Harbour BioMed's antibody technology and clinical expertise with BioMap's life science foundation models and AI infrastructure.
MegaStream will integrate proprietary datasets, large models, and an extensive biologics pipeline into a unified research and development engine. The platform includes an intelligent dry and wet laboratory designed for automated validation, data accumulation, and model iteration across the drug discovery cycle.
The collaboration aims to accelerate the creation of first in class and best in class therapeutic assets in cardiovascular, renal, oncology, and anti aging fields. Harbour BioMed contributes its fully human antibody platform and target biology expertise, while BioMap provides its xTrimo life science models and generative AI technology.
MegaStream’s initial projects will include AI identified drug candidates from earlier joint work and new discovery programs. The company plans to advance hundreds of biologic programs in parallel, supported by a management team drawn from both the biopharmaceutical and AI sectors.
