Stellarus launched CSR Chat, an AI powered copilot that gives health plan customer service representatives guidance, policy information, and suggested responses during member and provider interactions.

Stellarus has launched Customer Service Representative Chat, an AI powered copilot for health plan support teams, the company said in a press release.

CSR Chat is designed to help customer service representatives answer questions about benefits, claims, coverage, and care. The tool surfaces relevant information, policy guidance, and recommended responses within the representative workflow during member and provider interactions.

The product is the first commercial capability in Stellarus Compass, an AI powered engagement platform for health plans. The company said Compass is built to support member and provider service, resolution speed, call center operations, and connected healthcare journeys.

Compass runs on AtlasIQ, Stellarus' healthcare technology platform. AtlasIQ combines data, workflow orchestration, and AI capabilities for health plan operations in regulated healthcare settings.
