Andor Health Says CMS Recognized ThinkAndor Platform

July 31, 2026
Andor Health says CMS recognized ThinkAndor for reaching General Availability in the CMS Health Technology Ecosystem initiative, covering patient facing AI capabilities already used across 40 health systems.

Andor Health and Psynergy Health said the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recognized ThinkAndor for reaching General Availability in the CMS Health Technology Ecosystem initiative, the companies announced in a press release. The company said the recognition applies to existing ThinkAndor capabilities, not a new product launch.

Andor said it committed to the patient facing Conversational AI Assistant and Kill the Clipboard categories under the CMS Interoperability Framework. General Availability means those capabilities are operating in production, according to the announcement.

ThinkAndor lets patients scan a QR code to access care, retrieve health information, use conversational AI, complete digital intake, and receive guidance reviewed by clinicians. Andor said the platform is used by more than 10 million patients across 40 health systems.

Psynergy Health, an Andor Ventures company, is described as a CMS approved ACCESS Model clinic. Andor said ThinkAndor and Psynergy Health combine AI infrastructure, licensed clinicians, and clinical operations for health systems participating in the CMS ACCESS Model.
