APRIL has introduced its APRIL Moto application within ChatGPT, allowing users to receive personalized motorcycle insurance quotes directly through a conversational interface without traditional forms or processes.

APRIL has launched its APRIL Moto application inside ChatGPT, becoming one of the first insurance providers to offer personalized pricing directly through a conversation with an artificial intelligence system, announced in a press release.

Through the new integration, users can obtain a customized quote by interacting with ChatGPT instead of completing traditional forms. The application collects information about the vehicle, the driver profile, and coverage needs, then queries APRIL Moto’s pricing systems in real time to generate a quote. Users can continue to finalize their subscription process within a few clicks.

APRIL said the app provides pricing based on actual underwriting conditions rather than estimates. The launch adds a new distribution channel alongside the company’s broker network, website, comparison platforms, and call centers.

The initiative follows APRIL’s broader technology modernization efforts, which include expanding the use of artificial intelligence across its operations for employees, partners, and customers.
