XFERALL has introduced the InTake Suite powered by aiXcel, a new tool designed to speed up behavioral health patient transfers and improve coordination across care facilities.

XFERALL has released its new InTake Suite powered by aiXcel, announced in a press release. The system aims to reduce delays in behavioral health patient transfers by automating referral evaluation and streamlining communication between hospitals and care facilities.

The InTake Suite integrates intelligent data synthesis to help clinicians quickly review patient referrals while maintaining full control over clinical decisions. It consolidates all inbound referrals into a single workflow, replacing manual processes such as faxes and phone calls with a digital network that connects sending and receiving providers in real time.

According to the company, the platform has already reduced median behavioral health transfer times to 34 minutes. The aiXcel engine processes complex clinical data to surface critical information instantly, improving accuracy and reducing administrative burdens. The suite is intended to support healthcare staff by increasing speed and visibility in patient placement workflows across hospitals and community crisis teams.
