WeInfuse and Clarion Connect AI Agents to Infusion Workflows
WeInfuse and Clarion announced a partnership to bring AI agents into infusion and pharmacy front office operations, according to a press release. Clarion connects directly to WeInfuse and accesses current patient orders, prior authorization status and appointment schedules.
The agents handle routine patient calls and scheduling requests using data from the WeInfuse platform. Calls that require staff assistance are routed to the patient's clinic.
Medix Infusion is the first provider using the integration. Its Clarion agents work from the same order, authorization and scheduling data used by Medix staff.
