FlexPoint Introduces AI Agents for MSP Back-Office Automation

FlexPoint has launched AR Agents, AI-powered tools that autonomously manage accounts receivable tasks for managed service providers, automating the full invoice-to-cash process.

FlexPoint announced in a press release the launch of AR Agents, a suite of AI-powered agents designed to automate accounts receivable operations for managed service providers. The new agents handle tasks across the entire invoice to cash cycle, addressing common cash flow challenges in the sector.

The AR Agents autonomously manage client accounts, send context-aware communications, and perform multi-channel outreach. The system includes voice AI agents capable of analyzing sentiment and escalating issues to human operators when needed.

According to FlexPoint, the automation can accelerate payments by up to five times and save managed service providers more than 20 hours of manual work each month. AR Agents are the first in a planned series of AI agents from FlexPoint aimed at managing full back-office operations. The product is now available for deployment.
