The system is designed to help agencies manage staffing, monitor senior well-being, and scale operations through predictive automation.

The platform uses audio AI trained on real in-home care data to deliver continuous assessments and early warnings for potential health issues such as falls or infections. It also provides caregiver coaching content, recognition tools, and automated alerts for family members and care teams.

New modules include Sensi Agent for Ops, which automates scheduling, communication, and call-out coordination, and Sensi Agent for Growth, which manages client leads and follow-up through a built-in CRM. According to Sensi.AI, agencies using its technology have reduced hospitalization rates and extended client service durations.

The company states that the Agentic Operating System supports over 80 percent of the largest home care networks in North America and complies with HIPAA standards.
