Singapore-based Dyna.Ai has closed an eight-figure Series A funding round led by Lion X Ventures, advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit. The investment will accelerate deployment of its Agentic AI solutions designed to transition enterprise AI pilots into operational systems delivering measurable business results.

Singapore-based Dyna.Ai has raised an undisclosed eight-figure Series A round led by Lion X Ventures, advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit, announced in a press release. The round also included participation from ADATA, a Korean financial institution, and several finance industry veterans.

The funding will support the expansion of Dyna.Ai’s Agentic AI solutions, which help enterprises move from pilot projects to production-ready systems that produce measurable business outcomes. The company’s Results-as-a-Service model combines AI agent builders, task-ready agents, and fully operational applications designed to work within regulated workflows.

Dyna.Ai’s technology is already deployed across major banks and financial institutions in Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East, where it is used to streamline operations and improve customer service. Founded in 2024, the company focuses on practical AI deployment in enterprise environments, emphasizing compliance and operational accountability.
