Delightree Raises $25 Million for AI Operations Platform
Delightree announced in a press release that it raised $25 million from Innovius Capital, Accel, Timber Grove Ventures, and Emergent. The San Francisco company provides an AI operating system for franchise and multi unit brands.
The company said it will use the funding to expand engineering and product teams, develop its AI operating system, and add automation features for distributed businesses. Delightree serves restaurants, fitness, wellness, retail, healthcare, and home services companies.
Its platform brings training, compliance, communications, audits, task management, and new location launch workflows into one system. Delightree said the software is used across more than 6,000 locations nationwide, with customers including solidcore, Dunn Brothers Coffee, JETSET, Five Star Franchising, MOOYAH Burgers, and Beem Light Sauna.
The company said revenue has grown nearly 20 times since it launched the platform just over two years ago. It also said customers use the platform to open new locations faster, centralize inspections, automate onboarding, and give frontline employees access to operational information.
