Encore AI raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Team8, Planven, and The Garage. The company will use the funding to expand global deployment of its enterprise AI platform for customer interactions.

Encore AI has raised $30 million in Series A funding to expand deployment of its enterprise AI platform, the company announced in a press release.

The round was led by Team8, Planven, and The Garage. Lukatz and several commercial banks and insurers also participated after first using Encore AI as customers.

Encore AI's platform uses Interaction Mining technology to study calls, chats, emails, and CRM data from an organization. It identifies actions used by top performers and deploys them as AI agents across customer channels and languages.

The company said the funding will support global deployment of the platform. It also said the system can be deployed in weeks and can work autonomously or alongside live teams in regulated environments.
