DragonGC Adds Guided Workflows for Securities Disclosure Tasks

July 07, 2026
DragonGC has introduced new workflows designed to help securities lawyers handle disclosure tasks with traceable and source-cited outputs, built on its proprietary knowledge graph of SEC sources.

DragonGC announced in a press release the release of guided workflows for securities disclosure and compliance work. The update introduces task-specific processes that accompany legal professionals through disclosure preparation with fully traceable outputs tied to authoritative SEC sources.

The new workflows are built on DragonGC's proprietary knowledge graph, which contains verified SEC filings, regulatory guidance, and disclosure precedents. Each output produced through the platform is fully cited and links back to its regulatory source. This structure aims to support accuracy and accountability in public company reporting.

Among the initial workflows are modules for form compliance checks across filings such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and proxy statements. Additional workflows include risk factor benchmarking against peer disclosures, comment letter trend analysis for accounting topics, and IPO-focused drafting assistance for key registration sections.

DragonGC's platform draws from a curated database of over eight million data points and is SOC 2 compliant. The company states that no client data is retained or used to train its AI models. The updated platform is available immediately for legal teams and law firms advising public company issuers.
