Cloverleaf Infrastructure has formed a strategic partnership with NVIDIA, with NVIDIA taking a minority stake in the company, Cloverleaf announced in a press release. The partnership is focused on developing digital infrastructure and AI factory sites across the United States.

Cloverleaf said the investment will support work with customers and utility partners as demand grows for accelerated computing. The company, founded in 2024, says it has advanced a pipeline of data center sites and delivered multiple gigawatt scale projects to customers across North America.

The companies will use the NVIDIA DSX Platform to combine site, power, cooling, computing, and facility planning earlier in the design process. Cloverleaf customers will also be able to work with NVIDIA on accelerated computing, high performance networking, infrastructure software, platform software, and DSX tools.
