August 18, 2026
Stigg acquired Received.ai to add contract management and usage based invoicing to its pricing and entitlements platform. The new capabilities are now in public beta, with general availability planned through 2026.

Stigg has acquired Received.ai, a billing infrastructure startup focused on usage based invoicing and contract management, the company announced in a press release.

The acquisition adds contract management and invoicing to Stigg's runtime platform for pricing, entitlements, metering, and usage controls. Stigg said the technology can turn signed contracts into live entitlements and invoices without custom engineering.

The new capabilities include contract management, flexible invoicing, formula based pricing, and consolidated invoicing across products and usage metrics. They are designed to work with Stripe, NetSuite, Airwallex, Checkout.com, and other invoicing systems.

Received.ai founder and CTO Shai Betito has joined Stigg as VP of Engineering to lead the integration with the founding team. The contract management and invoicing features are now in public beta, with broader availability planned through 2026.
