TransformativeMed and Red Rover Health Partner on Agentic AI for Oracle Health EHR

TransformativeMed and Red Rover Health are partnering to build agentic AI tools inside Oracle Health's EHR, starting with patient discharge planning.

TransformativeMed and Red Rover Health announced in a press release a partnership to design and deploy agentic AI tools inside Oracle Health's electronic health record.

The partnership combines TransformativeMed's Agentic Clinical Operating System with Red Rover Health's interoperability infrastructure and Model Context Protocol. The companies said this setup lets AI agents access clinical context and workflow tools within healthcare environments.

Their first joint project focuses on patient discharge planning. The project is being developed with a leading academic health system and is intended to support a workflow that spans multiple parts of acute care.

TransformativeMed and Red Rover Health plan to show the solution at the Oracle Health Summit in September 2026. The companies said more partnership milestones will be announced later.
