Discern Security Raises $13 Million for Agentic Security Platform
Discern Security has raised $13 million in Series A funding led by Forgepoint Capital and launched its Discern Security Loop platform, the company announced in a press release. First Rays Ventures, Growth Enjin Partners, Vela Ventures, and angel investors also participated in the round.
Discern Security Loop is an agentic platform that helps organizations find and remediate security control gaps. The platform combines AI Skills, intelligent agents, and human approved workflows to evaluate existing security tools, prioritize fixes, and coordinate work across security, IT, and compliance teams.
The company said the funding will support product and engineering hiring, expand its library of AI Skills, and add more autonomous capabilities to the platform.
