Estonian startup Roleo raises €2.9 million to expand its personal AI career agent across Europe.

Roleo, an Estonian startup, has raised €2.9 million to expand its personal AI career agent across Europe, according to EU-Startups. The round was led by Practica Capital, with participation from Inventure VC.

Roleo serves technology professionals by monitoring the job market and presenting relevant career opportunities without requiring users to search and apply continuously. The company has now secured €3.46 million in total funding.

Founded in 2025, Roleo was created by Janer Gorohhov, a cofounder of identity verification company Veriff, and Vahur Hansen, a former member of Wise's early engineering team and cofounder of Membo. "We believe everyone should have a personal active career agent that understands what they want, keeps an eye on the market, and brings relevant opportunities to them," said Gorohhov, who is also Roleo's chief executive.
