Gamehaus to Acquire Majority Stake in Anamana Parent
Gamehaus Holdings Inc. signed agreements to acquire about 56% of Techforge, the holding company of Anamana, through $19.6 million in shares and a $7 million cash investment, the company said in a press release. Gamehaus expects to complete the transaction in November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Gamehaus will buy 7,778 existing Techforge shares from several shareholders, including an entity controlled by Gamehaus founder and chairman Feng Xie. It will pay for the shares by issuing about 24.5 million Class A ordinary shares at $0.80 each. The company will separately subscribe for 2,526 new Techforge shares with $7 million from its own funds.
Anamana operates an AI assisted platform for producing and distributing serialized short videos. Creators can distribute content through Anamana's app or services including YouTube and TikTok. Gamehaus plans to retain its gaming business while adding Anamana as a new business focused on AI content production and distribution.
