Chainlink and Partners Complete Embedded Supervision Solution with Bermuda Monetary Authority
Chainlink, Apex Group, Bluprynt, and Hacken have completed the Embedded Supervision Solution in collaboration with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, announced in a press release. The project demonstrates how compliance requirements can be embedded directly into digital asset infrastructure and enforced automatically.
The solution integrates four systems that manage different regulatory functions. Bluprynt’s Know Your Issuer verified issuer identity and token contracts, producing onchain credentials used by Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine to evaluate policies at transaction time. Apex Group supplied authenticated reserve data from an independent custodian, while Hacken’s Extractor platform monitored transactions in real time with a detection latency of 250 to 500 milliseconds.
Deployed on Ethereum’s Sepolia and Base Sepolia testnets, the initiative ran across two operational tracks. One handled identity and compliance policy enforcement, and the other managed proof of reserve validation and asset surveillance. The system blocked non-compliant transactions before execution and maintained compliance across chains using Chainlink’s Cross Chain Interoperability Protocol.
The consortium will continue working with the Bermuda Monetary Authority on phased rollout plans, starting with issuer identity and licensing enforcement and expanding to multi-jurisdictional compliance and full production deployment.
