Blaize Holdings and Winmate Inc. have signed a strategic partnership to integrate Blaize's AI chips into Winmate's rugged computing systems used in defense, border security, maritime, and healthcare applications. The agreement targets about $15 million in business during the first year.

Blaize and Winmate have signed a strategic partnership to integrate Blaize's AI chips into Winmate's rugged computing platforms, announced in a press release. The companies expect about 15 million dollars in business during the first year of the agreement.

The collaboration will combine Blaize's energy efficient and industrial grade AI chips with Winmate's rugged systems. These include drones, handheld devices, vehicle mounted units, and embedded edge systems designed for demanding environments.

Target applications include defense, border security, maritime operations, critical infrastructure, and field healthcare. The companies stated that this agreement is expected to be the start of a larger multi year relationship as demand for on device AI continues to grow.
