Wall Street Prep Appoints Bogdan Tudose as Head of AI and Data Science

Wall Street Prep has named Bogdan Tudose as Head of AI and Data Science, a new role focused on integrating AI into financial training and workflows across investment banking, private equity, and asset management.

Wall Street Prep has appointed Bogdan Tudose as Head of AI and Data Science, announced in a press release. In this newly created position, Tudose will oversee the firm's AI strategy across training programs and products, with a focus on embedding AI into the workflows of investment banks, private equity firms, and asset managers.

Tudose will lead initiatives in AI, data science, and Python programming across Wall Street Prep’s main business areas. His team will design and deliver training that integrates AI into daily financial processes, available through live, virtual, and on-demand formats. The company is also expanding its AI offerings with targeted programs for finance professionals and structured assessments to measure adoption across teams.

Before joining Wall Street Prep, Tudose was Co-Head of Data Science at Training The Street, where he developed curriculum and training programs for major financial institutions. His earlier experience includes roles as an analyst at BMO Capital Markets and Anson Funds.

Wall Street Prep’s latest AI initiatives build on its existing platform, including its AI for Finance Certificate with Columbia Business School Executive Education and a new AI Workflow Diagnostic for financial institutions to evaluate and improve AI integration across key functions.
